It snowed! Okay, okay, it didn't snow down here in the valley; all we got was rain. But it did snow in the mountains. They first real snow of the season has already come and with it comes increadingly chilly weather for a few days. It is actually very nice. I get to bring out so many pieces of my fall wardrobe. I love the fall color pallette and being able to layer.

My goal for fall and winter is to incorporate more pairs of pants into my wardrobe. I wear skirts and dresses pretty often with tights but sometimes I really do just want to cover my legs with some great trousers. I really love the wide leg on these pants and that they come in long! Thank goodness for New York and Co. having size long. Personally I always try to buy my pants in size long for fear of appearing to be wearing high waters (Don't tease, this happens pretty often when you are tall). If the pants don't come in long, I make sure that there is plenty of hem that can be let out on the pant leg. This makes finding pants a bit easier.
Does anyone else have crazy problems when trying on clothes? Well who doesn't really?

Those wide leg pants are great on you! I have the exact opposite problem being 5 feet tall- add $10 to every pair of pants I buy in order to get them hemmed. so annoying!

Snow? Snow? That's crazy! I'm such a fan of cooler temps and was beyond excited when todays high was in the low 80's lol- but I am in AZ so...

Those wide leg pants are cute. I'm not that tall, but I still find that regular length pants can be too short a lot of the time.

I always have problems trying on jeans and pants...the skinny ones are the only ones that look good on me. I've been trying to find a good pair of flares for years with no success!

Such a great pair of pants! I love being able to layer for fall too. I have a hard time dressing myself in the summer because I always want to layer and it's too hot!

My main problem is: everything is LONG on me and not only pants. Long sleeve shirts need to be altered because if not, it looks like the shirt is borrowed and not mine !
